V stitch - crochet

Here is my latest stitch in crochet......The V stitch


I do like the textured effect but I think it would be much more effective in a plain yarn in a pale colur because you then can appreciate the effect textured much better.

Solomon's knot / Crochet homework

This week we were learning about the more lace style crochet stitches.

I have completed my trellis stitches in both the shell and fans designs so it was time to tackle the solomon's knot also called lover's knot

My regular crochet classes are back tonight and it will be great to see the girls again after the Easter break.
