Baa baa wolly sheep
My sister Thelma doesn't like to knit .. But she fell I love with this cute little sheep that came free in a current knitting magazine.
The kit had the wool needles and even the little eyes for the sheep.
I started making the head first .... Then added the two ears .....
I then made the body and the four wee legs. Now for some stuffing and the sewing up.

Mother's Day
Tomorrow is Mother's Day .. So here is the card I have made for my Mum.
I have used a nice diamond embosing folder to create a textured background.
The ribbon was given to me by a friend.
The background was created using simple plain cream card highlighted with several colours of Pan Pastels for a muted effect.
I purchased the little wooden bird at the Paperworks Dungannon ... I think it was from a collection from Prima .

Baby Izobel baptism
Today we headed to Co Offally for my nieces baptism
I made her this really soft cuddle blanket with James Brett yarn.
The pattern was a simple alternating 4 stitch repeat which creates the checkerboard effect.
Izobel and her Mummy were very pleased with their present.
