Importing PDF's into silhouette studio

I have a number of people asking me how to import PDF's into silhouette studio to create cut files so I have written a step by step guide with screen shots
You may find it best to print it out to follow until you get used to the steps.

Eva's birthday card

A friends daughter mad me this beautiful birthday card.

Eva used some of the hanna beads I got for her last year for her birthday.

It was a really nice touch and I intend to use the bead name plate as a fridge magnet at a later date.

Question ... can less be more!

Today I decided to snip some small flowers from the garden.

I don't often do this as I much prefer to see them in the garden in situ and they do last longer that way too.

However it was Monday, and I needed a pick-me-up to remind me of the countryside.

Oh boy.. They look lovely in my antique vase, don't you agree.

The fragrance of the Jasmine is so subtle, delicate and refreshing not like the shop bought sprays. If only there was a summer this year the whole garden would smell great.

Those tiny flowers sure know how to make a statement.

So yes, in this case less is definately more!

More from the small holding !

Wow today has been a bumper harvest day in the mini fruit orchard... Following on for last weeks red currant harvest we now have a BUMPER yield of Victoria plums.

Loads have been left for the birds, which translates to... Too high up the trees to reach.. Lucky birds they did look the juiciest too, Darn

Now if only there was taste a vision ... You could all try my delicious plums, but trust me they are yummy and very very sweet.

Oriental inspired card 4

Now finished my last Orient inspired card,  no 4 ( i know can't believe it myself )

Admittedly I went a bit bonkers on this one.
I used some red/black/silver net styled material to create a textured background. Then I decided to float some pearls in the netting, I was thinking south sea pearl divers and wandered off at this point........

I only used one topper from the Debbi Moore CD as the image was very pretty. The sentiment and Chinese symbol  I used came free with  the Bringing Inspiration to You Magazine also by Debbi Moore.
Now.... anyone for noodles
