Craft fair - November

What a beautiful day for a craft fair.


I nipped out at lunchtime and took these photos whilst grabbing a cuppa. This was the view through the round window from our stand.



A few yards away, I spotted these graceful swans .....


Love the idea of how they pair for life, just like me and the hubby Lol



Even this pile of narly wood caught my eye, and no I didn't bring it home for the fire.

Even though there was awful weather for preceding weeks these little flowers were still blooming away in November.




If we take the time to look we can see beauty everywhere.

Door hangers

We sourced some wooden door hangers in a local home decor shop that were a bit ghastly, but ripe for customisation and more importantly were inexpensive.

I used some papers from my stash and some of my newly acquired Woodware pearl beads to totally change the hangers appearance

I Went with a vintage theme and used the pearls to compliment the necklace the girl is wearing in the image


All sorted with a dash of trusted Mod Podge.

The sentiment reminds me of a certain sister, who can always spot a bargain and turn it into something beautiful.
